Sampler: Linen. Ecru with yellow, brown, tan, red and green. The fabric is loosely woven. The letters are in yellow floss. The border is a wavy brown line and red dots. The name and date is in green cross stitch as follows, "Mary Ben 1846". then repeated in the paper label at the bottom. Cream yellow mattboard. Thin wood frame. Frame back: paper, no hanging mount.
